3003 is an AL-Mn alloy, which is a widely used anti-rust aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Therefore, cold working method is used to improve its mechanical properties: it has high plasticity in the annealed state. , In the semi-cold work hardening, the plasticity is still good, and the cold work hardening is low in plasticity, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, and poor machinability. Mainly used for low-load parts that require high plasticity and good weldability, working in liquid or gas medium, such as fuel tanks, gasoline or lubricating oil conduits, various liquid containers and other small-load parts made by deep drawing: Wire is used to make rivets.
The corrosion resistance of 3003 aluminum alloy is very good, close to the corrosion resistance of industrial pure aluminum, and has good corrosion resistance to atmosphere, fresh water, seawater, food, organic acid, gasoline, neutral inorganic salt solution, etc. The corrosion resistance is also very good.
3A21 aluminum rod belongs to both hard aluminum alloy and wrought aluminum alloy in terms of composition. Compared with 23A21, due to the higher copper content, the strength is higher and the thermal strength is better, but the plasticity in the hot state is not as good as that of 3A21. , 3A21 aluminum alloy has good machinability, good contact welding, spot welding and rolling welding performance, arc welding and gas welding poor performance; heat treatment can be strengthened, there is extrusion effect.
