Classification and use of corrugated steel plates

Corrugated steel plate can be divided into aluminum zinc plated corrugated steel plate (galvalume steel plate), galvanized corrugated steel plate and aluminum corrugated steel plate according to different coating and material.

Galvanized corrugated steel sheet is cold-rolled continuous hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and strip with a thickness of 0.25~2.5mm. It is widely used in construction, packaging, railway vehicles, agricultural machinery manufacturing, daily necessities and other industries.
Galvanized corrugated steel sheet is also called galvanized sheet or white iron sheet: it is a kind of cold-rolled continuous hot-dip galvanized sheet and strip, with a thickness of 0.25~2.5mm. The surface of the steel plate is beautiful, with blocky or leafy zinc crystal lines. The zinc coating is firm and resistant to atmospheric corrosion. At the same time, the steel plate has good welding performance and cold forming performance. Compared with the galvanized steel sheet, the galvanized layer of the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is thicker, which is mainly used for the parts requiring strong corrosion resistance. Galvanized sheet is widely used in construction, packaging, railway vehicles, agricultural machinery manufacturing and daily necessities.
The minimum width of corrugated plate on steel structure is 600~1800mm, and the basic thickness is 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0mm. Width: 600~1800mm, graded by 50mm. Length: 2000~12000 mm, graded according to 100 mm.
