Product Description

Powder spraying aluminum profiles is to spray powder coating on the surface of the workpiece with powder spraying equipment (electrostatic spraying machine). Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form a powder coating; After high-temperature baking and leveling curing, it becomes the final coating with different effects (different types of powder coatings); the spraying effect of powder spraying is superior to the spraying process in terms of mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. The cost is also under the same effect of spray paint.

Powder spraying uses the principle of electrostatic spraying to adsorb the dry powder on the metal aluminum profile, and then the powder is cured into a solid and bright coating with a thickness of about 60 microns. Make the surface of the product smooth and uniform in color. It has strong acid resistance, alkali resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance. It can withstand strong ultraviolet radiation and acid rain for a long time without coating powdering, fading, and falling off. Powder coated aluminum profiles have a service life of 30 years under normal conditions. Its surface coating is guaranteed not to fade, not change color, not to crack within 5-10 years. Its weather resistance and corrosion resistance are better than ordinary aluminum color diversity.

The coating is prepared by mixing special resins, pigments and fillers, curing agents and other auxiliaries in a certain proportion, and then by hot extrusion, crushing and sieving. They are stable in storage at room temperature. After electrostatic spraying, friction spraying (thermosetting method) or fluidized bed dipping (thermoplastic method), and then heating and baking, they are melted and solidified to form a flat and bright permanent coating film, which can achieve decoration. and anti-corrosion purposes.
