Fluorocarbon spraying aluminum profiles, fluorocarbon spraying is a kind of electrostatic spraying, and it is also a method of liquid spraying. Fluorocarbon spray coating is a coating made of polyvinylidene fluoride resin nCH2CF2 baking (CH2CF2)n(PVDF) as the base material or with metal aluminum powder as the colorant. The chemical structure of fluorocarbon binders is combined with fluorine/carbon bonds. This structure with short bond properties is combined with hydrogen ions to become the most stable and firm combination. The stability and firmness of the chemical structure make the physical properties of fluorocarbon coatings different from general coatings. In addition to abrasion resistance and impact resistance in terms of mechanical properties, it has excellent performance, especially in harsh climates and environments, it shows long-term anti-fading properties and anti-ultraviolet light properties.

The fluorocarbon spraying process is as follows

Pre-treatment process: degreasing and decontamination of aluminum → water washing → alkali washing (degreasing) → water washing → pickling → water washing → chroming → water washing → pure water washing

Spraying process: spray primer → topcoat → finish paint → baking (180-250 ℃) → quality inspection.

The multi-layer spraying process uses three sprays (referred to as three sprays), spray primer, topcoat and finish paint and secondary spraying (primer, topcoat).
