5000 series aluminum sheet: represents 5052, 5005, 5083, 5A05 series. 5000 series aluminum plate belongs to the more commonly used alloy aluminum plate series, the main element is magnesium, and the magnesium content is between 3-5%. Also known as aluminum-magnesium alloy. The main features are low density, high tensile strength and high elongation. In the same area, the weight of aluminum-magnesium alloy is lower than that of other series. Therefore, it is often used in aviation, such as aircraft fuel tanks. It is also widely used in conventional industries. The processing technology is continuous casting and rolling, which belongs to the series of hot-rolled aluminum plates, so it can be deep-processed by oxidation. 5005 Similar to 3003 alloy, 5005 aluminum sheet has medium strength and good corrosion resistance. Often used as conductors, cookware, instrument panels, shells and architectural trim. The anodized film is brighter than the oxide film on the 3003 alloy and harmonizes with the tone of the 6063 alloy.

5052 aluminum sheet has good forming performance, corrosion resistance, candleability, fatigue strength and moderate static strength.
